I learn to change myself. I change my self to maintain what I love. Inflexibility would make me lose what I like. Therefore I learn to keep what I love. I ask myself everyday about what I love most. Only answering that question often, I can find the energy to grow everyday.
Thanks Brad, this innovation will help me to take care of what I love. I like innovators because they always find a way to take care of what they love.

The Beginning
This is the first of what I hope will be series of updates and forums between like minded scholar's and leaders all over the world. My hope with this project is begin a dialogue about the field of Human Resource Development and Adult Education, giving opportunity for independent thought and learning, connecting the global community.
Leadership has long been a passion of mine. I appreciate conversation about the subject and enjoy listening to others ideas about how they view the concept. The topic of engagement has recently become a topic of work and art for me as I contemplate how I will study the subject further.
