This is the first of what I hope will be series of updates and forums between like minded scholar's and leaders all over the world. My hope with this project is begin a dialogue about the field of Human Resource Development and Adult Education, giving opportunity for independent thought and learning, connecting the global community.
Leadership has long been a passion of mine. I appreciate conversation about the subject and enjoy listening to others ideas about how they view the concept. The topic of engagement has recently become a topic of work and art for me as I contemplate how I will study the subject further.
